Eugene Metro FC has currently over 300 girls playing in the club. In our Little Metro program, girls can learn the beautiful game in a 6 week program in the fall and spring, and we offer shorter Summer and Winter programs. Our Junior Academy (U8-10) girls learn their skills twice a week and compete in the Central Valley League. The calendar leaves plenty of room for other sports as well as arts and music. We start forming teams at U11 and have teams from U11 to U19. Our teams in those age groups play in the ECNL and in OSYA so we can provide a good competitive level for all our players.
Our EMFC coaching staff is providing a camp experience to allow female players what Eugene Metro FC has to offer. This camp will offer opportunities for female players in the community to explore soccer at various levels in our community.
This EMFC Girls Camp is dedicated specifically for girls ages 6 to 15, of all skill levels. Players will be divided into small groups by age and skill to work with EMFC coaches. Our older GA players will run the camp under the direction of EMFC Head Coach James Bilderbeck. Learn more about this program here.
