EMFC Programs
Join EMFC’s 6 week Mini & Little Metros recreational program, where kids aged 4-10 are able to learn new skills and develop a love for soccer in a fun environment with energetic EMFC coaches.
Practice takes place twice a week, with exciting Friday Game Days starting in week two!

EMFC’s Junior Academy is our full-year competitive & development program for focused, committed players born in 2016 and 2017. The Academy may also be open to younger players born in 2018.
Players will play year-round in a fun and competitive environment, competing with other clubs throughout Oregon.
- Birth Years: 2016-2017 & possibly 2018
- Practice Days: Monday & Wednesday
Join one of EMFC’s U11-U19 competitive or premier teams that train and play year-round. We offer a high-level competitive environment for all players that join. EMFC have teams in statewide OYSA leagues along with national platforms such as the ECNL and Girls Academy.
These teams will be coached by experienced and licensed coaches following the EMFC Game Model.
- Age Groups: U11-U19
- Practices: 2-3 times a week
