EMFC Fee Structure for 2026-27
As we head into the 2026-27 season, Eugene Metro FC is introducing a club membership fee. Every player accepting a position on one of our annual programs will purchase a EMFC club membership. What does this membership fee pay for?
Club Membership Fee: $100
- Administrative cost to register a player
- Player card cost (ranges from $16 to $62)
- Places a hold on the team roster spot
- Discount of 20% for EMFC camps and clinics
- EMFC pick up games in Summer/Winter

- Field cost (training, games, scrimmages)
- Equipment (Cones, bibs, goals, balls, etc.)
- Game Film for most home games
- Coaching Education
- Player Cards (OYSA, ECNL)
- EMFC Administration Cost
- College Recruiting (Sports Recruits)
- Gk Director and GK coaching staff
- Safety certification for coaches (Safesport, Concussion, Background Check)
- Friendlies
- League Registration Fees (OYSA, ECNL)
- OYSA teams statewide cups (Founders, Presidents, State)
- Club Registrar
- EMFC Book keeper
- 1 Oregon tournament (Willamette Valley Cup for U10-16 teams)
EMFC annual fees do not cover:
- Player Uniforms, Teams are on 2 year cycles. Season 2026-27 is Year 2.
- additional tournaments such as summer tournaments, Showcase tournaments, Playoffs for ECNL, ECNL RL, etc.
- Transportation and accommodation cost for home and away league games, tournaments, Showcases,
- supplemental programs such as camps, clinics
Tournament Cost
We will include our own Tournament (Willamette Valley Cup 2026) for U10 to U16 teams and one Oregon Tournament for U17 and U18 teams. into our Annual Fee. All other Summer tournaments and Showcase tournaments are not part of our annual fees since each team might attend different ones. We will charge out the cost for each of the tournaments to the players that attend the tournament. We charge out the following cost:
- Tournament Entry fee
- Coach hotel (if the coach has multiple teams the cost will be split)
- Coach pay
- Coach per diem (to cover food and transportation)
- Coach parking cost
- Coach rental car (if applicable)
- Coach airfare (if applicable)
- EMFC administrative cost
Typical cost for a tournament in Oregon is $80-130 per player. This estimate does not include the player’s transportation and hotel cost.
Tournament charges are due when they are charged. If you are on a payment plan, they will be added to the next scheduled installment. If you have paid in full you will have to login and manually pay the balance.
Sibling Discount
EMFC offers a $50 sibling discount for our annual programs. The first member of a family on any of our teams from U10-U19 pays the full fee and every additional family member receives a $50 sibling discount.
Financial Aid
Financial Support is available for qualifying families. To apply for financial aid, you must complete the Scholarship Registration as you are accepting your spot on a team. The new 2026-27 Season Scholarship application will be part of the BYGA registration process.
Payment Method
Payment Methods: All payments must be made online through BYGA.
Payments can be made by Credit Card/Debit Card. Payment can be made in full when you register, or by payment plan. If you wish to use the payment plan, the payment schedule is below. Payment plans are charged on the 3rd of the month starting in June. If you decide to utilize the payment plan option, there is a $.50 fee BYGA transaction fee for credit card payment. If you decide to pay by payment plan it is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date so that scheduled payments can be processed.
Delinquent Payment
If payment plan payments are not made, the player is ineligible to play or practice and player card is pulled until the payment status is made current.

EMFC Club Refund Policy
Refunds of Registration fees will be issued in accordance with the following policy
- Medical Refund – Refunds related to significant injury or illness will be granted only with medical documentation from a physician and will be prorated by month based on a 10 month season.
- Relocation – If a family is relocating farther than 50 miles during the season, EMFC will provide a prorated refund based on a 10 month season
- Other – Refunds for any any other reason may only be granted at the sole discretion of the EMFC Director of Coaching.
