A native of Lake Oswego, Oregon, Alec Ingraham is a graduate of Lakeridge High School and brings a strong background in player development, program leadership, and competitive success at both the club and high school levels. Ingraham’s coaching resume includes extensive leadership roles across Oregon’s top youth soccer organizations. His prior experience includes serving as Director of Player Development at Southside Soccer Club (2018–2020), Director of Development Academy and Director of Coaching at Tualatin Hills United Soccer Club (2020–2023), and most recently Director of Development Academy (2023–2025) and Director of Coaching (2022–2025) at Oregon Surf. Alec has coached all levels involved in the club game, most recently coaching in the PreECNL program for Oregon Surf. At the high school level, Ingraham served as the Century High School Girls Varsity Head Coach (2024–2025), where he guided the program through the most successful stretch in school history. In his two seasons at the helm, the Jaguars went undefeated in Pacific Conference play and he led them to the school’s first-ever conference championship in 2025. Ingraham was named the 2025 6A Pacific Conference Coach of the Year and was a finalist for the Oregon Scholastic Activities Association Class 6A Coach of the Year.
Alec has recently moved down to Eugene with his wife, Taylor and their new baby Laney and is the head coach for the Lane CC Women’s Soccer Program.
