Liberty Siegle started her club career with FC Willamette before joining one of EMFC’s inaugural teams. She returned to FC Willamette for a few seasons in high school, but made her way back to EMFC to wrap up her club days. A player since 5 years old, Liberty sought any opportunity to be involved in the game. This led her to volunteer with TOPSoccer, eventually winning the OYSA TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year award, coach camps and clinics at her schools, and go out for goalkeeping since they got extra practices during the week. In an effort to integrate more with the sport, she became the youngest certified referee in the state of Oregon at 12 years old. As a referee, she rose through the ranks and ultimately ended her DIII playing career at Willamette University to pursue refereeing at a higher level. Liberty returns to Eugene after 3 years in Sitka, Alaska, where she coached, served on the board, and was the Director of Operations at Sitka Youth Soccer during a pivotal merger with Rush. She looks forward to assisting with the youth programs and helping to identify and develop referees in the club.
