Originally born in Rochester,NY, my parents moved to Brazil when I was 15 Months old. In Brazil I grew up in Recife, capital of Pernambuco where I start playing soccer. I was a four year Letterman at Salesiano High School, where I also started my coaching career as assistant coach. During college, I started playing Futsal and end up playing amateur Futsal for Clube Nautico Capibaribe, a professional soccer team in Recife.
I earned my Bachelor degrees in Medical technology from the Federal University of Pernambuco.
Move to Eugene in 2002 and in 2007 joined the Boys Scouts Soccer program for Latinos as a Head Coach and Coordinator of the program through 2009.
