Eugene Native and played for one of the club’s first teams in 2006. Played for South Eugene High School before attending Whitworth University and playing collegiate D3 Soccer for 4 years before graduating in 2016. During college Sam earned honorable mention all conference as a freshman, 2nd team all conference as a sophomore, 1st team all conference and first team all region as a Junior, and 1st team all conference and 2nd team all region as a Senior. Sam was coaching numerous camps and at the at the beginning of 2016 he joined Little Timbers coaching staff and continued over the summer with Akers Red, Lyon Red, and Lyon Black. Currently Head Coach of Akers Red.
