Tiffany’s family has been with EMFC for five years. With a background in education and youth programs, she brings valuable insights from her role at the Oregon Department of Education and a deep personal passion for the game.

From playing to coaching to staying fit, soccer has been a constant in Scott’s life. He’s committed to helping EMFC continue providing exceptional opportunities for kids in Eugene and Springfield.

Chris has a lifelong connection to soccer as a player and coach. With kids in the club, he’s passionate about helping EMFC deliver a great experience for local youth.

Mark brings a parent’s perspective and organizational insight to the board. He’s committed to supporting EMFC’s continued growth and community impact.

A Eugene native and father of four, Evan blends his passion for soccer with his professional background in finance, leadership, and strategy. He values EMFC’s role in building confidence and character in youth.

Andrea is a former Division 1 softball player and lifelong team sports advocate. With three children in the program, she brings energy and commitment to EMFC’s mission of fostering teamwork and personal growth through sport.

Until age 18, Jürgen played on competitive youth teams in the highest state league competing on the regional and national level in Germany, as well as in international tournaments. From age 18 on, he played for a semi-professional club team in Germany competing in a competitive statewide league leading his team as captain.
